Apartamento del mar is a cozy 34m² single-room holiday apartment with sea views.
The apartmentis equipped with an open sleeping area with satellite TV, a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a kitchenette with a stove, kettle, hot air fryer, microwave and fridge-freezer combination and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can store your valuables in the safe free of charge. Two mobile fans ensure fresh wind and pleasant temperatures. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the communal pool, the gardens and the sea. Towels, bath towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday apartment free of charge.
For longer stays, all the necessary utensils for an interim cleaning are available to you. Optionally, you can book an interim cleaning by our reliable cleaner. The interim cleaning includes a small cleaning of the floors, a change of bed linen and towels, and cleaning of the bathroom.

The Apartamento del Mar is located near San Agustín in the south of the island of Gran Canaria in Playa del Águila and 25 km to the airport. The holiday apartment is in the former apartment hotel Bamira.
There is a small supermarket right next door. Here you can buy drinks and food such as fresh bread rolls as well as souvenirs and magazines.
The Bamira restaurant is also located in the complex. With Anna and Herbert Eder you can enjoy delicious food and cool drinks in an unusual ambience with warm hospitality far away from tourism. Closed on Sundays and Mondays and from June to September.

The beach of San Agustín can be easily reached by foot in 20 minutes and you will be rewarded with a wonderful view along the way! There are excellent restaurants and cafes here.
The San Agustín shopping center is 3 km away and can be reached by foot in 30 minutes. It's a little ride by car, bus or taxi. The journey is only 3 minutes.
The Playa del Aguila bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the property.

Generally
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please built contact with us. Everything in the holiday apartment and on the balcony can be used by you. Please handle the apartment and it´s whole inventory with care and ensure that your fellow travelers also respect these house rules.
Restroom
To avoid limescale deposits, we ask you to dry the shower tiles and the glass door after showering. Leave the window and if possible the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, trash, food leftovers, harmful liquids, fats, etc. may be thrown or poured into the shower or toilet, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur.
Damage
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you inform us of the damage caused so that we would not only discover it during the final cleaning after your departure.
Kitchen
Please put the dishes back in the cupboards only if they are clean and dry; the same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used. The kitchen should look the way you found it when you leave! All grocerys must be disposed of upon departure.
Garbage
Please separate recyclable trash (yellow bin) and residual trash (gray bin). There is a trash can in the kitchen. Please shred larger packaging.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in our holiday apartment and all public areas of the complex.
Rest periods
In the spirit of being a good neighbor, please respect night quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and lunchtime peace from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Key
Access to the apartment is only possible by using your personal access code. There is a key in the holiday apartment for access to the pool area. In the event of loss, a flat rate fee of 75.00 euros is due.
Additional
Please do not reprogram devices such as TV etc. according to your wishes. Additional non-reported persons are not permitted to stay overnight at the apartment.
